With both of our families 500 kilometres away in the Toronto area, I can’t tell you how many times we’ve heard our mothers say wistfully, “You could always move home…” It’s one of the reasons I order a ticket every year for the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre Welcome Home Sweepstakes. How amazing would it be to win the luxurious Oakville showhome or one of the gorgeously appointed cottages in Muskoka and the Kawarthas? All three are move-in ready and and so much closer to our families. More importantly, they’re helping to raise millions of dollars for one of the top five cancer research centres in the world.
This Monday evening at 7 pm EST we’ll be talking about beautiful homes, finding cures and how we can all win at the #SupportPrincessMargaret twitter party. Mark your calendar and join in the discussion with Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation VP, Christine Lasky, and renown interior designer, Brian Gluckstein. By participating you’ll also be entered to win one of 10 $100 Hudsons Bay gift cards.

The early bird deadline for the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre Welcome Home Sweepstakes is November 5 and tickets are going fast! Join me in supporting the PMCC and order your tickets now so you don’t miss out. Tickets are 1 for $100, 3 for $250 and 5 for $375. Note: Tickets must be ordered and mailed in Ontario and you must be 18+ to order.
You’ll find a complete list of prizes on the Sweepstakes site (homes! vehicles! trips!), including a tour of the early bird prize, this incredible $1.1 million Muskoka Lakefront cottage.
If that doesn’t say “Welcome Home”, I don’t know what does.
See you Monday at 7 pm EST.
I partnered with the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation on this post, however all opinions are my own.
